Today is also granxxxxxx Billie's Birthday.
I miss you Billie, SO much. You were a daily ray of sunshine in the Missouri's lives.
Bill called me to check on Susan after her hurricane. He said he's doing well. He sounded really good.

How strange. I just finally deleted her email address from my address book this morning.

Happy Birthday Billy. I know you're having an extra big slice of cake today, sitting under a tree, watching the gardens grow. Enjoy my friend.

I still haven't been able to bring myself to delete my last email from Billie.

Billie, I will love you forever! So glad to hear that Bill is doing well. I think of him often. I still have the seeds he gave me at the first reunion (well, ok, the ones I didn't plant anyhow).

I remembered her too, Janet. I still have a folder full of her email letters to me & I read a few last night. I typed up a letter to her, but didn't send it. I wonder what happens to all those emails that never are never read once they reach their destination? I just hope she knows we all love her & miss her here.

I still have her email addy and won't delete it. Everytime I send a joke to all my friends, I scroll thru the addresses and think of her and the funny and wonderful emails she sent to me. I'm sure she knows and feels all that love that is sent her way. When I look at red flowers I think of Billie. She gave so much love and happiness to all that knew her. Even those of us who didn't have the privilege of meeting this wonderful woman in person love her dearly and miss her. God has a special angel.

Sorry I missed Billie's day. I also miss my Granxxxxxx! She was a special lady, a very special part of our group. She brought much joy to our lives.

I'm glad to hear Bill sounded good. He's very special too & I wish him all the best.

I can remember when they were here at the house and Billie would come in in her house coat and sit with mom on the couch having morning coffee.

I miss her and yet, I'm glad that I did know her as she was a special lady to us all. To me, she was like another grandmother.
