I have one perennial carnation plant, very pretty. It keeps surviving even though I keep moving it to places that apparently aren't quite the best spots for it. Its a pink one, and I keep hoping I'll find a spot where it will do better ans spread out more, because the foliage (kind of a frosty mint green) is as nice as the flowers.

Okay, then, next plant.

4. Native to central Asia, India, China and Japan, it now has a range in the US over the eastern half of the U.S.
