The 2008 GTC REUNION vote results are

PITTSBURG.....August 1, 2, and 3 ... Karan, start cleaning!

There were eight votes on place and only three votes on date.

Pittsburgh got 6 votes, Boston got 2

As to the date, 5 abstained, 2 voted for August 1, 2, 3 and 1 voted for July 25, 26, 27

I also heard from some members who abstained as to both date and place as they were not sure they were going at all or had no preference.

I'd love to make it, but it is up in the air at the moment! I have been out sick the last 2 weeks with a nasty upper respiratory thing... so I have gone through a lot of my vacation time! But, the idea of free lodging is very tempting! If I can work something out, I will be there, but will have to play it by ear for now!

How nice of you Debra, I just may take you up on that....but I'm seriously thinking of trying this on my own if Leo isn't up to it. And I won't insist, because he could be taking care of all the birds, cat & dog for me. I might even invest in a GPS system to guide me along the way. As we get closer to August, I'll have to make some definite plans.

That's right! I keep thinking of our droves to Tionesta. They took forever, 5 1/2 hours. We wouldn't have to go that far north. May be doable. I will mark my calendar.
