No Vb Thu 11/15

We're off to a slow start this year...there is no moderate probability of snow in the Eastern/Central U.S., so Tuesday is not a called VB day. You can always participate in the contest in a non-VB day if you wish, but unless you really outsmart the HPC, your chance of scoring a lot of points will generally be lower (although don't forget that temperatures and wind play a role in this, too). Hopefully we'll get some snow into the country later this week!

Yup, in the 70's here today with no snow anywhere but maybe the intermountain west. Makes me believe in global warming sometimes.

Of course, since we're warming up for a couple of days after a week of well below-normal temps...obviously it's caused by global warming... *sighs loudly*

NO VB for Thu 11/15. There looks like there will be some snow around, though, and again, you can always participate on a non-VB day. If things stay like they are now, Friday should (at last) be our first VB day!
