Thank you for the invite. Look like a good board for a start. Look foward in posting here. The tropics are still busy and there is no end in site. But thanks.

Hi, I am Dee, (herasday) from TWC Green Thumb Club. Dustin invited us all here and made a nice Green Thumb Club for us here, too, to discuss gardening and related yard and garden things. Hope to meet other s interested in growing things and weather. I see some other familiar Thumbies here again. Johnsam (Sam), Daylily Dawn, and Pburgh to name a few.

I also see some folks tht were at the Rockin'weather and some brand new people, too.

Excited to see someone from Australia, here!! I have always wanted to visit there, don't know if I ever will, but like to hear about it.

I just got interested in Tropical storms this year, because there were so MANY, so SOON, this year. But I live in Upstate NY, east of Syracuse, in the Mohawk Valley, so our "severe weather" season is usually in winter, with blizzards and even some storms in recent years that have been described as "cyclonic" blizzards, by some. So I will be interested in input on winter storms, too, and in learning more about weather in general. I am beginning to see as I investigate weather and forecasting and learn more about it that as in my work, and in life in general, indeed "Everything is connected". (Karunesh, "Secrets of Life")
