Annoyed would be an understatement

I was all ready to go chase on april 15th, last Saturday, but I looked at the radar, there were no severe storms to my best so I did not go, but if I had known there would had been 6 tornadoes in central Georgia that day I would had gone!

Of course i did not have a nowcaster at that time either, but still its rather annoying.

not chasing because you didnt see any storms doesnt not mean storms wont develop. what time did you look at radar? and yes, those storms did role through late at night, doubt you would've been chasing then anyways. ;)

A nowcaster is someone that looks at the weather right now, and says whats going on. Normally the nowcaster uses satellites and Radar also surface obs to make his thinking.

Probably, a better way of stating it would be a person who is giving you current information while you are on the road chasing and dont have data capabilities at the moment.
