Dustin, Bird Lover is having trouble. She has tried several times but is not getting the emails to reset the password. When she first had trouble with it, she tried to re-register,but got an error message that email (hers) was already in use, so maybe that messed up something. After that, I sent her step by step what worked for me, but she's still not getting the emails.
Can you do something from your end, so she can get the numeric password to reset.

No problem anymore, susie. This one got resolved. The reset emails were going into her spam box for some reason so she didn't know she was getting them. So birdlover is now with us again. Thanks.
