How do you get to chase?

How do you guys get to chase? Do you call in sick on chase days, for work, or school? Or do you have to ask off ahead of time?

I am self-employed so I get to set my hours ahead of time, which is pretty cool during chase season.* I also go to college 5 days a week, but my classes are pretty easy for* me so taking a day or two off doesn't really set me behind much.

Luckily, I have a job that gives me plenty of paid time off that I can use for whatever I want.* Of course, problem is that Im constantly very busy with my job so if Im gone that just means that I am that much busier when I get back.

i would never be able to chase Monday-Thursday during the school year as i wouldn't have a chance to even look at my homework, and right now i cant chase Monday, Thursday, or Friday due to work which i cant take off on such short notice.

Chasing comes first, screw w/e else was planned. I figure I could learn more out in the field than sitting in a classroom drawing on myself.

I try and go when ever I can. Since I don't drive, it usually involves coaxing my dad into taking especially if its a High Risk day.
