Default Chasing and GPS

*Warning orgnial topic* (I think)

Do you guys see the use of having a GPS system in the car, while chasing? I would think this would be helpful direction wise.

Not so much direction-wise but most importantly positioning on your laptop radar software.* On top of that if you have delorme your gonna need it as well.

i find it pretty nice because it shows you which roads to take and shows you where they will take you, as well as what Josh said with being able to see your position in relation to the storm, which is definately a big help.

It's very useful, indeed!* You don't have to mess with all of those maps!* You can see where all the roads are, and where they go, to help you keep up with the storm.* As Josh also pointed out, you can overlay your position into GR3 to see where you are, relative to the storm.
