2007 MN SKYWARN workshop

i'm sure most of you dont really care because only a few people here live in MN, but i thought i would bring it up anyway since its kind of a cool deal. Last year Rory Groves and some other people from SKYWARN orginazations and the NWS- Chanssen and Duluth helped start an annual workshop for SKYWARN members and chasers in MN and western WI. they just started it last year and it was really cool, a lot of different info about a lot of various things, and they're doing it again this year in late April and one topic i know a lot of you are a part of is the Aug. 24 Nicollete county tornado, and they are going to have 4 parts to it, with people from the NWS, SKYWARN, and a couple other people talking about it. Anyways, just thought i would mention this since its almost chase season.

Sounds like a good time, wish I could be there especially to see more about Aug. 24th.

yep, really looking forward to it, especially since i had to work that day, so atleast now i can pretend i was there. also, one of the presenters is a guy i met up with on a chase in ND, and also talk to on another weather forum.
