Default Percentage chances for Louisiana coast


Hello everyone my name is Simeon and I am from NewOrleans and this my first day on the board. I know that there is a three year rule for stormes hitting the gulf coast and this the the third year what are the chances of New Orleans being hit again this season?

If a storm threatens Western Cuba and the Yucatan then chances are pretty good that La would be affected on a NNW heading.
