| | Do you believe in global warming, and what is your option of the future, and effects of it.

| | I think the earth is warming... to what degree I think it is unknown, and what effect we're are having it is even less understood... my guess would be no where near what people like Heidi Cullen or Al Gore say.

| | One option is missing and that's the one for GW is real and we are going to have to make some significant life style adjustments. With all of the talk about GW, it's easy to forget that their are other more serious environmental issues which could have even more major effects upon us. We are befouling our our nest with poisoned air and water and trashing the land and oceans all the while increasing our population to the point of non sustainability. We are also depleting our our natural resources. As we get more people on Earth, the amont of available arable land and potable water will decrease quite possibly leading to wars-water wars on a local scale are part of the history of the Western US-imagine them on a global scale. The recent fire event in CA is a perfect example of what happens when you impose a population upon an ecosystem incapable of supporting it (and notice that I am not including GW in that mix). The Chinese have tried to poison our pets and us and now their poisoned air is arriving in the US from across the Pacific.

| | I agree with pman and aslkahuna. I think this phenomenon is far more dynamic than reported and has happen many times in the past back for hundreds of thousands of years. Besides, I don't hear much discussed on the "global warming" occurring on the other planets. That can't be industrial in origin, so what gives?
Meantime, I am sick of Al Gore-ism
