Default The Week That Will Go Down In U.S. History

What a week of severe weather we've just seen across the plains states and portions of the upper midwest.

Lets break down the numbers so you can see just how crazy of a week this has been.

MAY 22nd - 27th

1401 Total Storm Reports

185 Tornadoes ....... 3 EF3's, 1EF5

(These numbers are still preliminary. The National Weather Service still has to finish surveying all of the damage)

788 Reports of Large Hail

428 Reports of Damaging Winds

------------------------------------------------------------------------

12 States Effected

10 Fatalities (This now puts the total number of tornado related fatalites for the year up to 110.... this is the highest since 1998).

1759 Warnings issued

- Severe T-Storm: 1,460

- Tornado: 299

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What more could we get for the next couple of months?
