A cold front will linger over the waters this morning. Winds and seas will decrease temporarily behind the front. But increase again this evening as strong gales and steep hazardous seas develop ahead of the next strong cold front. The front will cross the waters Thursday evening. A series of strong storms will continue Friday through Sunday bringing continued strong winds and hazardous seas.
