Cool

Just an update, today, 11/25/2007 Sunday ACT (ASEAN Common Time) (ie UTC+0800), the PAGASA declared Tropical Depression as "Nonoy", and is expected to merge with "Lando" (Hagibis) over at Philippine Sea and move northward. Lando is expected to re-enter via Palawan and either move North-Eastward (and hit Manila) or Eastward (hit Bicol and Eastern Visayas).

However, PAGASA also mentioned that Mina (Mitag[?]) might also change direction. Although no reason was given, regular people like me sees it as due to the already started Fujiwara Effect and the addition of (1) Tropical Depression Nonoy; and (2) if Lando and Nonoy merges.

Anyway, that's all from an ordinary citizen living in Metro Manila... *scary*.
